Using ArcGIS Pro, this map combines parcel records from the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) with municipal building energy use data. Attribute and spatial joins were used to connect tabular datasets to parcel boundaries and building footprints, mapping the locations of uncommitted NORA properties and city-owned buildings with recorded energy use.
