Using ArcGIS Pro, this comparison examines building footprint data from the City of New Orleans and FEMA. Both datasets were mapped at the same scale and extent to highlight differences in building coverage, shape, and detail. The comparison considers how the methods and intended uses of each dataset affect the way New Orleans is represented.
